I was impressed with their service. In Bentleys notes they state I refused to call poison control while I was there for him to be seen and treated for eating chocolate. I didn’t have phone service while in their establishment. I couldn’t call and I didn’t understand why since my pet was in there care why they didn’t call. Workers takes breaks and comes back in smelling like cigarettes. It didn’t seem very professional. I will use a different emergency pet clinic next time.
